Why Facilitykart:

Our youth are educated, hardworking, and honest and aspire for a bright career as well as want to contribute their bit in the positive way towards the growth of the nation. We are lagging in utilizing our high demographic dividend due to many factors like lack of training/skill. Our education system is also need a revamp as currently we are not focusing on vocational training and practical training due to which a huge gap of skilled workers have created. Till now we do not have organized setup for skilled workers for household repairing work like plumbing and electrical repairing. Now if there is any requirement of plumber and electrician, we have to really struggle to get a good expert to solve our problem.

To full fill the gap, Facilitykart is a bridge between skilled/unskilled person and needy person to solve their household problem. This is a social enterprise to create jobs at the bottom of the pyramid with 100% safety, authenticity, quality and cost effectiveness. Our company has 3 broader objectives, first is to provide skills to the youths, second is to create a quality and stable job for them, and finally to provide quality service to the people of the nation for their small household problems.

Foundation of Facilitykart:

Facilitykart is a brainchild of Vivek Singh Bagri, graduated in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay in 2004. Vivek is working in political and statistical research domain from last 10 years and successfully established the company called Leadtech Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd. www.leadtech.in , which has presence in PAN India. Leadtech has worked with more than 1000 clients in a very short span of time and is continuing to make its mark in the country. Vivek has experience of managing multiple projects, teams and making smooth deliveries.
